Nature-on-Sea Beach House apartment

Situated in a popular private complex, adjoining Outeniqua Strand, a coastal getaway gem, near Great Brak River. A 40 m wooden walkway leading directly to the beach joins the house with the beach.

This log apartment is part of a larger home. The upper level of the log home is not accessible and for the owner’s exclusive use and only the lower levels are rented out as holiday accommodation.

The apartment can accommodate up to 9 guests. The lounge level sleeps 5 persons and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchenette and living area. The main bedroom with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains a double bed and a single bed. All the bedrooms have cupboards. The first bathroom has a shower and the second bathroom a bath. An external stairway leads down to the lower level outbuilding. Here is ‘n room suitable for teenagers or younger persons – it has 2 single beds and a bunk bed providing accommodation for 4 persons. This area (separate from the upper flat) has its own toilet and outdoor shower.

The kitchenette is equipped for self-catering and contains a two plate induction cooktop, a small convection oven, a microwave, fridge-freezer and cutlery and crockery. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with full DStv channels as well as an indoor braai (charcoal only).

The living area opens up onto a wooden deck area which has a picnic table and offers panoramic views of the sea and Mossel Bay.

There is parking for two smaller-sized cars or a car/bakkie and trailer. There is no other parking available within Nature-on-Sea complex. A stairway provides access to the lower level.
